We collect only what you choose to give us. When you submit the inspection request form, that is your name, phone number, property address or neighborhood, the issue you selected, and any notes you add. When you call the number on this site, our call tracking provider records your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and may record the call itself for quality and training purposes.
Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, how you arrived at the site, and time spent. This is aggregate data and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with lead aggregators, marketing lists, or multiple competing contractors. Your request goes to one contractor for the purpose of serving you. We do not send marketing emails or texts to people who did not ask for them.
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, without affecting your ability to use the site. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
The service providers who process data on our behalf are our website host, our form provider, our call tracking provider, and Google Analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. The independent contractor who receives your request handles your information under their own policies once it is passed to them.
You can ask us to delete the information you submitted, or ask what we hold, by emailing info@panthercitypierandbeam.com. If you tell us not to contact you again, we will stop.
This site is intended for adult homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
